Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Management Stacey O’Neill joined ASI in 2012 as Director of Recruiting. She is an accomplished leader in recruiting, human resources management and building high-performing teams.

Stacey works with leaders across ASI to provide exceptional solutions to two of the most challenging business needs our industry faces today: recruiting and retention. Under her leadership, ASI recruited more than 200 highly-qualified, certified experts in federal acquisition and program management in four years to support federal agencies across the US. Her team has achieved especially notable success recruiting cleared members of the ASI team to partner with Intelligence Community agencies. She is also the hub of the company’s human resource services for our staff of consultants and subject matter experts.

Prior to joining ASI, Stacey held positions of increasing stature with the Mergis Group, a global leader in the Human Resources services industry. She specialized in creating flexible work solutions and solving particularly challenging human resources challenges. She oversaw HR, Finance and Accounting, IT and Engineering practices with several globally recognized brands and was responsible for hiring and developing talent to support the business.

Attesting to her leadership and management acumen, Stacey’s teams were repeat winners of Mergis Group Office of the Year awards. Stacey is a consummate professional. Her ability to locate talent and bring top-notch employees to ASI Government has created an enviable team possessing unparalleled expertise.

Stacey holds a B.A. in Communications from Baylor University. She also is a certified Professional in Human Resources, and has been an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management for 15 years.
